These terms apply when you browse this website, use the AI concierge or submit a booking request.
General information only
Website and AI content is general project guidance. It is not a remote site diagnosis, engineering opinion, compliance certificate, waterproofing certificate or guaranteed specification. The inspected site, plans, selected products and applicable requirements determine the final system.
Booking requests
Submitting the form or an AI-prepared project brief creates an enquiry for owner review. It does not confirm a booking, quote, site visit, start date, product selection or availability. Any draft estimate must be checked and approved by Anthony before it is sent as a quote. Work proceeds only after the parties agree on the scope, price, timing and any project-specific terms.
Safety and regulated work
Active leaks, structural movement, waterproofing failure, electrical work, plumbing, asbestos, mould and substrate concerns require site-specific assessment and may require an appropriately licensed trade. Do not rely on website content to perform unsafe work.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but details can change and errors can occur. Service-area listing does not guarantee project acceptance, travel, timing or availability. A rough website estimate is a planning allowance based on customer-entered measurements and broad research bands, not a quote. It may exclude tiles, materials, preparation, access, travel and GST treatment. Please verify important information during owner review.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with service operation, or use automated tools to overload the AI or booking endpoints.
Content and project images
Website design, wording, branding and project imagery may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits. Photos and videos submitted with an enquiry must be yours to share. Visual AI observations can be wrong and cannot establish exact measurements, hidden conditions, waterproofing compliance or structural condition.
