This policy explains how Murraylands and Hills Tiling handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
A booking request may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb, project type, timing, approximate tiled area, photos, videos, plans, documents and project details. The website also receives basic technical information needed for security, delivery and rate limiting, plus the campaign, referral channel and landing page that brought the enquiry to the website.
A planning-guide request may include your email address, optional first name, campaign source and your separate choice about receiving future marketing. Requesting the guide does not add you to ongoing marketing unless you select that optional choice.
AI concierge
Messages entered into the AI concierge are sent to an AI service to generate a reply. Project answers and contact details you choose to provide are also stored with an unguessable conversation identifier so the assistant can retain your brief and avoid repeating questions. The website requests that AI responses are not stored for model improvement. Smaller previews of selected photos and still frames sampled from an uploaded video may be processed by the AI to describe visible project details. Raw photos, video, plans and documents are stored privately for owner review. Plans and documents are not currently treated as AI-verified measurements, and media is not a reliable measurement source. Do not enter payment details, passwords, identity documents or health information.
Bathroom visualiser
If you use the bathroom visualiser’s AI tile concept, the selected bathroom photo and marked tile area are sent to an AI service to produce an illustrative concept. The generated concept stays in your browser unless you submit it with your bathroom brief; submitted concepts and source photos are stored privately for owner review. The visualiser’s tile quantities use measurements and carton details entered by you. Product prices are customer-entered, and photos are not treated as verified measurements or plumbing plans.
How information is used
Information is used to review your enquiry, contact you about the project, assess service-area and scope fit, prevent misuse, maintain the website and improve the enquiry experience. Information is not sold.
Guide-request information is used to provide the requested download and keep an auditable record of that request. If you separately consent to future updates, your email may also be used for those updates until you unsubscribe.
Storage and disclosure
Booking, saved conversation and uploaded project-media information is stored using website hosting, private object-storage and database providers. Limited information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security and AI responses. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the website and its users.
Marketing measurement and cookies
If you allow marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, phone and email link clicks, guide requests, successful AI tool interactions and saved project enquiries. Meta may receive browser and device information, the page URL and identifiers it uses to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not put your enquiry answers, contact details, AI messages, photos or concepts into tracking events. A saved enquiry is measured as a submission, not a confirmed qualified lead or booking. You can decline or withdraw permission using Cookie settings. The enquiry forms and AI tools work independently of your marketing-cookie choice.
Retention and your choices
New project files are marked for a 90-day review period. Files may be retained longer when needed for an active project, business records, dispute handling or legal obligations, or deleted sooner when no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, email admin@mahtiling.com with your original booking reference and state that the message is a privacy request.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may change when the website, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain on this page.
