This policy explains how Murraylands and Hills Tiling handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
A booking request may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb, project type, timing, approximate tiled area, photos, videos, plans and project details. The website also receives basic technical information needed for security, delivery and rate limiting.
A planning-guide request may include your email address, optional first name, campaign source and your separate choice about receiving future marketing. Requesting the guide does not add you to ongoing marketing unless you select that optional choice.
AI concierge
Messages entered into the AI concierge are sent to an AI service to generate a reply. Project answers and contact details you choose to provide are also stored with an unguessable conversation identifier so the assistant can retain your brief and avoid repeating questions. The website requests that AI responses are not stored for model improvement. Selected photos and still frames sampled from an uploaded video may be processed by the AI to describe visible project details. Raw video is stored privately for owner review and is not treated as a reliable measurement source. Do not enter payment details, passwords, identity documents or health information.
How information is used
Information is used to review your enquiry, contact you about the project, assess service-area and scope fit, prevent misuse, maintain the website and improve the enquiry experience. Information is not sold.
Guide-request information is used to provide the requested download and keep an auditable record of that request. If you separately consent to future updates, your email may also be used for those updates until you unsubscribe.
Storage and disclosure
Booking, saved conversation and uploaded project-media information is stored using website hosting, private object-storage and database providers. Limited information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security and AI responses. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the website and its users.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and guide-request information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email admin@mahtiling.com with your original booking reference and state that the message is a privacy request.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may change when the website, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain on this page.
